RETURNS

To qualify for a refund, you must send back the product within 30 calendar days from your purchase date. The item has to remain in its original received condition without any damage.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team to get your return address. Once you receive the address, securely pack the product in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Return shipping is complimentary in certain scenarios. If your return is not caused by a mistake from yanciper.com, return shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund.

We process and ship orders within 1–3 days. If you wish to cancel your order, please submit the cancellation request before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be available. While our website does not impose a fixed cancellation deadline, only orders cancelled prior to shipping can be cancelled successfully.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will proceed with your refund or exchange request. Please allow a minimum of 30 days from the date we receive your package for return or exchange processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to show up on your credit card statement, which depends on your card issuer. We will send you an email notification once your return has been processed.

NOTE

If the return is initiated due to the customer’s reasons, the customer shall cover the shipping cost. The exact fee is determined by the courier you select. If we send damaged or incorrect items due to our error, you do not need to pay for the return shipping fee.
